REFUND POLICY

You can request an exchange or refund for your online purchases if you are not
satisfied with your purchase. To do so, please follow the steps detailed below.

1. If you wish to return a purchase, you must send it within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags in perfect
condition, just as they were sent. Shoes must include their original, undamaged
box, as this is considered part of the product. Please note that we cannot accept
returns of shoes with damaged soles.

3. To ensure we receive the items in perfect condition, we recommend
sending them back in the same packaging in which you received them.

Returns are not accepted for perfumes, including fragrances
and candles, women's swimwear, or underwear.

This policy applies to orders placed through our website or mobile app.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

・From Spain and Portugal: Request your authorization number by email or through
the contact form. You must include this number on the return form.

Please include the return form in the package. The item will be picked up by UPS
at the address you provide, at no cost to you. You can contact UPS to arrange the
pickup. If you prefer, please let us know and we will organize the collection.

・From other European Union countries: You can return the item by attaching
the pre-printed UPS return label found inside your package. You can drop
off the package at a UPS Access Point (the nearest ones are indicated on the return label)
or call UPS to arrange for pickup from your home.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the delivered product
does not match the order or was delivered damaged.


CUSTOMS FEES

Shipments received from outside the EU incur customs fees that are
NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the product is returned in perfect condition, unless
the delivered product does not match the order or was delivered damaged.


RECEIVING A REFUND

If all products are received correctly and within the indicated timeframes,
you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable)
via the same payment method used for the purchase.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items undergo quality control before being sold. If you have received an
item and believe it may have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
