We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that any import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier (UPS) upon or before delivery.

CANCELLATION

Momochani reserves the right to cancel and refund any order(s) in the event of stock shortages or if there is a detected risk of fraud.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Conditions

You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags in perfect condition.
• Shoes must include the original, undamaged box. Returns with damaged soles will not be accepted.
• Non-returnable items: Perfumes (fragrances/candles), women's swimwear, and underwear.

2. How to Make a Return

• From Spain and Portugal: Request an authorization number via email. UPS will collect the item at no cost to you.
• From other EU countries: Use the pre-printed UPS return label found inside your package. Drop it off at a UPS Access Point or arrange a pickup.
• Outside the EU: Please contact our customer service for specific instructions regarding international returns.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delivered product was damaged or did not match the original order.

4. Customs Fees (Outside EU)

For shipments received from outside the EU, any paid customs fees and import duties are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the item is returned, as these fees are collected by your local government. These costs are only recoverable if the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.

5. Receiving a Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the items, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs and non-refundable duties) will be issued via the original payment method.
